Giordano-Shirts Stitching Quality -POOR Tread Quality

I have been using Giordano Wrinkle Free Shirts for Quite some time around 3 years plus. Earlier also i have written regarding the Poor tread quality for Stitching of Giordano Wrinkle free shirts. After Details analysis and taking opinion i come to notice that Giordano team uses poor quality Plastic Treads for Stitching rather that cotton treads. While doing Ironing these Treads get burn out and stitching become loose, and shirt is of no use are 15- 20 wear and wash.
Customer has to give the Shirt to Tailor for complete stitch for further use.

Kindly request team Giordano to have complete review of the same and start using the cotton tread rather than Plastic tread which gets burn out and if you cannt use cotton tread improve the quality Plastic tread so that it withstands through Ironing and heat test. As a customer i needs to spend extra for Stitching the shirt due to poor thread quality.

Apart from that due to plastic tread while ironing these threads leave black spots on Buttonhole after plastic thread burning so many a time black spot due thread burning is left and shirt can't be used.

Hope action will be taken to resolve the problem.
