Click & Collect is a free and convenient service that allows you to shop and pay for your order on our website. You can then choose one of our listed stores in the UAE as your pick-up point and collect your order at your convenience.

Here’s what you need to do to place a Click & Collect order:

1. Find the products you want to buy by searching for them or browsing our departments.
2. Add these products to your basket with the 'Add to Cart' button.
3. Click your mini-basket icon from the top right of the screen and hit the 'Checkout' button, go to Checkout and select "Click & Collect".
4. Choose the store you want to collect from using the drop-down list by city, select the payment method, and then click the "Continue" button.
5. Review and pay for your order using the 'Confirm Order' button.

Click & Collect is free. You will receive an SMS and an email once your order is ready for pickup.

When placing your order, you can choose a convenient store from the available options. The name of your selected store will be included in your email confirmation.

Yes, you can choose any store at your convenience. During checkout, you will be able to select stores that offer Click & Collect for your order.

Sorry, but you can't change your pick-up store. You must pick up your order at the store you originally selected. If you’re unable to pick up your order at the store you selected, you can cancel your order.

Click & Collect is a pre-paid service meaning we only offer collection for orders placed using a Credit or Debit card, ApplePay, Tabby, or Tamara.
Cash on Delivery orders are excluded from Click & Collect.

We'll send you an email when your order is ready, confirming your chosen store and all of the details needed to make your collection a smooth process. We will also send you an SMS with the pickup code when your order is ready for collection.

We’ll hold your order in-store for 14 days, after which we’ll initiate your returns and process your refund. If you've paid by Credit or Debit card, our bank or card issuer may take an additional 4–15 days to process the transaction.

You can pick up your order any time, but it’s best to wait for our email or SMS confirmation before you set off. Please check the opening times of your chosen store as they may vary.
