I have not received the complete shipment yet. About one month ago, I sent two emails but did not receive any response. I also tried calling Giordano Customer Service several times; however, each time I received an automated message stating that the service was unavailable and asking me to call during working hours (Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). I have called multiple times during those working hours, but unfortunately, I was still unable to reach anyone.
Honestly, this situation is becoming frustrating and feels like a joke. Could you please look into this matter and provide an update on my order as soon as possible? #267336
